Lead Inspection

(HRC) Conformance Inspection ___________$125

This inspection meets the minimum standards set by the Sate of Rhode Island's Housing Resource Commission (HRC) and requires only a visual inspection of the property and dust wipes. A Certificate of Conformance is issued for each unit when cleared.

Limited Inspections (Per Unit)_______________$195

This inspection is usually the most common conducted along with a full inspection. It is a complete examination of all possible lead components and surfaces. A Limited Inspection identifies lead hazards in a report format and suggests ways to correct the problems.
